Policy Statement
Our company operates a transparent Business-to-Business (B2B) Referral Program. We may offer a performance rebate, finder's fee, or referral commission to individuals or entities who successfully facilitate the award of a valid subcontracting project to our firm.

Condition of Principal/Employer Consent
If the referring individual is currently employed by the General Contractor or the awarding entity, no commission or incentive shall be disbursed without the explicit, written consent of the employer's authorized management or Human Resources department. The individual acting as a referrer must provide a signed 'Waiver of Conflict of Interest' from their employer prior to the release of any funds.

Financial Documentation and Tax Compliance
All referral fees are strictly documented via official company channels and are subject to applicable Philippine taxation laws, including Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT).

Anti-Bribery and Fair Competition Declaration
This incentive program is strictly an open commercial rebate and does not constitute a bribe, kickback, or illicit payoff. We strictly adhere to fair competition standards and will automatically disqualify any project award procured through deceit, falsified bid evaluations, or hidden overpricing.
